For the home owner who lives in their home year-round and requires support with routine upkeep. This plan includes:

  • Initial consultation, inspection, and assessment

  • Minor repairs* (3 visits)

  • Bi-annual onsite inspection, and respond to needs

  • Emergency response and coordinate follow-up

  • Vacation, on-call, and check-in

Annual fee $2500

Essential

For the traveling home owner who requires more consistent home maintenance support. This plan includes:

  • Initial consultation, inspection, and assessment

  • Minor repairs* (6 visits)

  • Quarterly onsite inspection, and respond to needs

  • Emergency response and coordinate follow-up

  • Vacation, on-call, and check-in

  • Vacation or extended leave monitoring/response

  • Annual gutter and roof clearing of debris

Annual fee based on selected services

Advantage

For the seasonal home owner who requires comprehensive home care and management. This plan includes:

  • Initial consultation, inspection, and assessment

  • Minor repairs* (12 visits)

  • Monthly onsite inspection, and respond to needs

  • Emergency response and coordinate follow-up

  • Vacation, on-call, and check-in

  • Vacation or extended leave monitoring/response

  • Annual gutter and roof clearing of debris

  • Annual/bi-annual water and house filter replacement

  • Annual major appliance inspection and respond to needs

  • Coordinate return conveniences, charge vehicle, house cleaning, and food delivery

*Minor Repairs are non-structural, limited to a one hour visit and basic parts. Larger repairs are not included in this plan but can be arranged.

3 Pillars and its Plans do not include repairs or home improvements. Needed repairs or home improvements that arise out of our planned inspections will be presented to the owner. The owner can choose a contractor of their choice or look to Hamlett Construction LLC to manage the need for repairs or home improvements.
